The JCT is a team of specialist teachers and speech and language therapists who work to support the educational needs of Hammersmith and Fulham children and young people with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN). The team work with teachers, support staff and parents of children with SLCN to facilitate the access of the children and young people to the curriculum and their ability to make and maintain friendships with peers.

If you wish to request advice or involvement from the Joint Communication Team you are required to make a referral to Ask SAL (see link to referral from below). You will be contacted once the case has been allocated.
